DOLCE'S NEW ONBOARDING EMAIL SYSTEM
Important update for management staff.
AN ONBOARDING EMAIL WILL NOW BE SENT TO ALL NEWLY SIGNED CLIENTS TO WELCOME THEM TO DOLCE AND PROVIDE THEM WITH KEY INFORMATION.
The Welcome Email
Every new school that signs with Dolce will now receive a welcome email containing a plethora of information so that they can start their contract on the right foot.
This will help get parents up and running with ease, with explanations on how SchoolGrid works, how to credit their accounts and pay for meals.
The email is triggered when members of the Sales Team input key information about the new client's contract start date into an online form. Once sent, the soon to be new client will receive a helpful email containing not just information on how to navigate to SchoolGrid, but also contact details for their Area Manager, a reminder of their contract start date, useful information explaining what happens during mobilisation, and finally, a downloadable Parent Welcome Pack.

Schools can download the pack and email it out to parents to help explain the Dolce system before mobilisation. Information on how to activate, top up and pre-order meals via SchoolGrid is included.
What happens during mobilisation
Information on the hatch redesign process, new management team and how the Dolce contract will begin.
Menu Information
Introducing the new client to our Parent Platform e-newsletters.
Initial Dolce branding to upload to school websites
Easily downloadable Dolce logo etc.
We hope this system will help Area Managers greatly during the initial stages of a new school's contract.
