In 1999, after a decade of working in both public and private sector schools catering, Dan Curtis, Chairman, set out with his father, brother and three sons to produce restaurant quality meals within the school kitchen and thus began Dolce, a three generation family firm with a passion for providing good health food with the best customer care.
In achieving the highest quality service, we require our staff to be principled and encourage candid honesty, good or bad, from the various stakeholders, as well as maintaining standards workwise and ethically.
