Finance Director
Louise Bell
I joined Dolce in the August of 2022.
For the last 20 years, I have been managing the finances of a number of contract catering companies, operating within the education sector. My destiny was clearly mapped out from the beginning, as my best subjects at school were Maths and Cookery!
I am married to Richard and we have 4 grown up children, 2 boys and 2 girls.
Hobbies : Skiing, Travelling and Rollercoasters (the faster the better!)
Favourite Food: Lasagna is my speciality

Joined Dolce July 23, I’ve worked in payroll a long time!! The last 6 years have been in Contract Catering.
I am married to Bryan with two grown up sons.
Hobbies: I love watching ice hockey, going swimming, reading, traveling, music, musical theatre and concerts. I play saxophone and clarinet, and I enjoy looking after my Greenhouse!

Credit Control Manager
Hayley Blackmore
I joined Dolce in February 2023 and I’ve worked in Credit Control for 6 years. I aim to collect as much cash as possible, reduce aged debt and resolve invoice queries. I’m also responsible for Non-School Grid Secondary School billing. You can contact me for customer invoice queries, cash collection updates and customer balance updates.
I’m married, have a grown up stepdaughter.
Hobbies: I live and breathe Eurovision and enjoy watching Women’s Football. I’m a season ticket holder for Man United Women. I’m a fan of True Crime Podcasts, I love to travel, hike, swim and eat!
Pets: I have a gorgeous niece in the form of a Black Lab called Aria, who lives with my sister in Belfast.

I joined Dolce in late January 2023 on a temporary contract and joined permanently in March 2023, I’ve worked in finance for over 15 years in various roles and industries.
I’m from Derry in N. Ireland originally, but have lived in St.helens for over 20 years. I have a 6 year old daughter, called Ellie.
Pets: We have 2 cats, Max and Rosie
Hobbies: I’m a regular camper and family festival goer, I enjoy watching live comedy and going to concerts, unfortunately I’m a bit too old for the mosh pit these days.

I’m the newbie having recently just joined Dolce at the end of August 2023. I have worked within finance for over 6 years in various roles and industries.
Hobbies: I’m a huge Manchester United fan and I love football. I am a season ticket holder for Manchester United women and have been since 2018. I go to the gym regularly, go running and play 7 a side football. I also like to go to music concerts.

Carl Hackney
I joined in July 2023, so I’m very new to the world of Dolce, but have been in payroll for over 15 years across a number of sectors. Away from Payroll, I am a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, class teacher & Personal Trainer.
I have a young son who keeps me very busy and is my biggest achievement in life.
Favourite Food: Pizza & Indian are my top 2
Hobbies: I am sports mad and follow Liverpool Football Club & Warrington Wolves Rugby League. My dream is to have paddock tickets for any high profile Formula 1 race weekend venue (Monaco or Las Vegas ideally)
