Below you will be asked a series of 12 short questions about your current catering provision, which should take you no more than 2 minutes to complete.

On some questions you can slide the scale left to right to answer. If your answer to any of the questions is that you are satisfied, but not delighted, you should leave the sliding scale in the centre to indicate that.

Once completed you will be presented with tailored free advice around changes you can make immediately to your catering provision in order to improve food quality, portion size, customer satisfaction, service speeds/queuing time, meal uptake numbers amongst other common key performance indicators.
