How is it nearly the end of 2025?! Our team have been very busy the past few months, talking to media about trends, ideas and news.
In September, we announced that we secured 102 new contracts across England and Wales, taking our total daily meal provision to more than 130,000 pupils nationwide, and meaning we now serve one in 20 schools across England. The news was picked up by numerous publications including Public Sector Catering, LACA, Contract Catering and the Warrington Guardian.

Our Development Chef Andrew Deeny explored food trends and promotional ideas for the new academic year for an article on Public Sector Catering website. He shared about the rise of ‘brain foods’, how global influences are playing a part in school food, how customisation is remaining key and how school caterers can market to pupils. Have a read here.
Adam Curtis, Director here at Dolce, contributed a full-page article in Contract Catering magazine, September issue, where he talked about how to successfully navigate the future of education catering. Brilliant to have been invited to be the ‘expert’ on education catering for the issue. You can view it here.
We also had a full-page article in the September issue of The Educator magazine, which looked at the secret behind Dolce’s rapid rise and what makes us different. 2025 has been a strong year, which saw us win ‘Contract Caterer of the Year’ at the Public Sector Catering Awards and continue to grow.
