Our Head of Food Services Neil Price featured in Contract Catering magazine, June issue, in a Grab & Go feature, where he talked about some of our popular dishes such as Bombay Beetroot Wrap, and how Dolce topped ProVeg UK’s first ever School Contract Caterer Ranking. Our team also had a full-page feature in Public Sector Catering magazine, May issue, reporting on our win as Contract Caterer of the Year at the Public Sector Catering Awards 2025. The ‘Contract Caterer of the Year’ category covered many sectors – not just school catering – making this a significant win for Dolce as we specialise in education. Check the article out here.

Our co-owner Adam Curtis featured in The Educator magazine, May-August issue, sharing his views on why the school meal funding system needs overhauling. Adam explains how the way that funding is currently applied is dysfunctional due to catering being based on economies of scale, and he shares how FSM and UIFSM requires a fixed sum and a variable meal price.
